FWIW, ALL 5 KRs are still sitting in the hangar at MVN, so while all you guys that drove are off running around the country, we will be getting together for a second KR Banquet tonight. ?I'm the only one that left, but had the generator fail just as I crossed into Missouri. ?I figured that if I was going to be broke down for a couple of days, I might as well be broke down at a friendly airport, so flew back to MVN.
I replaced the regulator only because they are readily available and to prove to myself that it is the generator that failed. ?I hope I can get an overhauled generator out of St Louis tomorrow and fly home on Tuesday.
