Hmmm, not sure who it was then, but thanks to whoever it was.  It really
makes doing micro a lot easier.  Micro is a lot lighter and easier to
sand when it is mixed very dry, but that makes it almost impossible to
spread.  Cut it with some rubbing alcohol and it turns into an easy to
spread thin cream.  Makes the I hate sanding part much easier.
