I downloaded it from home this morning and it worked fine, but then I probably had it cached. Just in case, I deleted the old copy and then uploaded a new one, and again it downloaded fine. Came to work and downloaded it, and it quit at 18.38/38.89 MB...probably same place as you. The odd thing is that the NL4 file is smaller than NL2 or NL3, although not by much.
