It wasn't me, but if I'd have remembered to go, I'd have been there. For some reason, I never get the message until it's done. I guess I should add it to my calendar to seek it out every year and make a point of going. Weather was perfect this weekend, and it would have been a very easy trip. Instead, I did two other relatively flights, just to fly somewhere. It was pretty cool to fly down to Auburn in a little over an hour to have lunch with my daughter. That's usually a four hour drive one-way. I'm getting a lot more comfortable in the KR2, so I flew her around Auburn for some sightseeing. She's my first passenger in 1JF. I went down last weekend as well, and flew right over the Talladega speedway while they were racing. That was another great flying weekend...
