That's Ken Atkins in northern England, where hangar rental is probably 
double what we see in the states.  See

by Willie Wilson while he was test flying it, and I took the following 
ones while over there a few years ago.  I did something very similar 
with N56ML regarding the wing attach fittings with the captive nut, back 
when I had the wings off to add wingtips and an aux wing tank on the 
passenger side (http://www.n56ml.com/900hour/).  I agree that wing 
removal is not something I would want to do very often, even with his setup.
