Good question. I need to rent chairs and tables and some food service equipment. Awards, coffee, water and such. Plus we are trying to perpetuate the gathering funds for future events. The hats and shirts will pay for themselves with a little left over. And I stress "little". Fortunately the venue is no charge to us.
