I checked both Wicks and AS&S, as an exemple this one from Wicks website:

I presume all that are sold from these two sources are acceptable but...
I think in Canada the rules for aircraft lighting are same as in US, I was 
unsure whether the anti-colision strobes must comply to some specifications (as 
viewing angle, luminosity, etc.)
