Boy, I sure am glad I don't practice thereby becoming a real bottom dweller:-) I guess you could say I'm a deep water lurker though. Now, why don't I practice with a JD............go pull out your yeller' pages and count the number of attorneys listed, now go the the Certified Public Accountant section and count those.........now look at the rest of the yellow pages at all the companies that need CPAs........I rest my case:-) The article posted is very well written and points out some things I wasn't aware of in regards to this issue. However, after all the fluff the negligence issue still raises it's ugly head.
