Howdy!

I'm building a KR-1 but it should answer your question.  The (on the -1)
rear wing attachment fittings are bent 3 degrees.  Naturally you would bevel
the wing spar end to mate with the fixed spar.  I can see the confusion
where you might think you're bending the spar itself, but no, just the
fiting.  Hope this helps.

Do you mean the spar is warped ( bent) or it slops forward at the tip

I'm just doing my winskins too, the rear spar should be 22 1/4 inches from
the centre of the main spar to the centre of the rear spar at their tips.
