I am still in the research phase and am contemplating a 1 1/2" space from the front spar to the tank for either the aileron control cable or a push rod. (Haven't decided on what is the best or simplest method) I have heard that the plane can be a handful with about 400 lbs. of people when the plane is near empty of fuel. Is this mostly a header tank problem due to drastically shifting weight? It would seam to me that the fuel being used from wing tanks would tend to transfer the weight forward.
