KR>CHT for a Continental 75

Can any one tell me what the limit is for the CHT on a Continental A65
bummed up to a 75?
Also. looking for some suggestion on how to brake in new rings. I replaced
rings on one side of the engine (two pistons). The local EAA guy are
suggesting a long slow climb but for how long?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
