Dan, What are you riveting the blind nuts to, the 1/4" spruce? If so, what is the technique for using a rivet in wood? The plans call for the nut plates to be floxed to both 1/4" aileron spars (wing and aileron). I'd suggest you run the 8-32 bolt in and out several times after the flox cures to insure the threads are clear of any epoxy and that the flox will hold. A quick test is easier than opening the wing or aileron to repair. Larry Flesner
