I was at Oshkosh again today and things are really happening there. Planes are starting to get set up for static display. The flymarket is ready for the vendors. Concessions are popping up everywhere. Fresh paint smell is in the air. Mowers are going like crazy. Campers are starting to claim their spots. The excitement is everywhere. The Ken Rand Memorial Plaque is in place on the Memorial Wall along with all the other new names. The dedication ceremony is August 3, 2003 at 11am. I will be there since I headed this project up and hope others will attend also. For all of you who donated to this cause to make this happen, I commend you and Thank You for your generosity.
