Please feel obligated to correct me, if I am wrong about this.  I understand
that you do not really have to fillet the bottom, only the top.  This is
because the angle between the wing and fuselage on the top is less than 90
degrees and the one on the bottom is greater than 90 degrees and how all
that affects the compression of the air flow, which I really don't
understand.

I found that one of those foam noodles that children use to beat each other
up with, is a real nice form to wrap sand paper around for sanding.  It
might be too sharp a curve though.
