Another "KR builder turned tin-bender", Randy Stout, successfully test-flew
his Zenith recently. After starting a KR2 project he grew a little
discouraged at his lack of composite skills so he went over to the dark side
("shiny side"?). You may find posts from Randy in the archives from a few
years back. He is an EAA Chapter 35 member here in the San Antonio area and
is to be commended for getting in the air one way or the other... more than
I can say about myself at this point!
I plan to buy him a can opener to use as a dash ornament for his plane ;o)
