I mispoke a little in my previous post, it would be a Exculpatory Agreement to address one's culpabiltiy. Myself and another practicing JD in maritime law had a rather lengthy discussion on some of these issues a couple months ago. I would encourage you to look in the archives under liability, corporation, culpable, you will find this discussion. I just cannot emphasis enough how a seemly innocent actions could have major ramifications legally, with the IRS and with the FAA. If you are simply looking for a partnership agreement to cover costs, repairs, fuel, etc. have at it. If you want more get hold of AOPA or EAA and work with an aviation attorney. Just my opinion.
