Justin,
I'm not flaming you BUT:I checked your website...
There's some pretty offensive language and content on
your site. Do you find that necessisary to have that
content on your website for the whole world to see?
You might want to clean-up your website before you
expect folks to look on your site and then give you
advice.
Personally I could care less where you place your
middle digit, or who you you think is "Number One" or
how you express your I.Q., others may not....
Also, could not find where you posted the new
pictures of the Tail Feather (Tail post) Installation.
However, I did notice that you still have the
varnished fuselage pictures still there. So would you
like to explain the procedure of how you went about
removing the varnish from all of the faying surfaces?
or my bet is you didn't...
As far as laminating the plywood to the wrong side of
the tailpost, if you "glued" it over the varnish, it
should be no problem at all to remove it and add it
onto the correct side-- should just pop off with very
little effort with a putty knife.
Of course, you might find it maybe more than a little
beneficial to read the plans, because the procedure is
outlined in vivid detail there... Or you might want to
seek the advice of a EAA Technical Consultant.
