While I have had great service from Wicks as well, I would like A/C Spruce to match their service and quality so we can keep our options open. With that goal, I sent the feedback to their President. We do monitor a lot of the builder websites and always reply to all comments on Aircraft Spruce (good or bad) but we had not seen the two you sent. Aircraft Spruce handles a large volume of orders each week and 96% of the orders ship the same day they are placed. Orders for cut materials such as spruce, metal, etc. can take a few days but rarely would an order take 6 weeks. I am sure that we could have filled the order for the spruce very quickly and a sales rep must have been mistaken regarding the time involved, and I am sorry that it resulted in a lost order and a dissatisfied customer.
