Vacuum bagging is the best way I can think of for keeping air bubbles out of one of those "concave" mold situations. Natural forces are always trying to separate the material from the mold. Since the spinner is mostly enclosed, you could TRY lining the layup with thin breatheable material and pouring sand or something in it while inverted to press the material into contact with the mold. Maybe even two-part foam. I'll bet that would force it out. Or just paint the thing. Troy Petteway kept having aluminum ones crack, and he discovered that they were out of balance when he took them out of the box. So he made one out of carbon fiber that's much lighter, way better balanced, and he's had no problems with it that I know of...
