My turtledeck and forward deck have the same construction with no foam core.

I was told by a weight engineer at work that foam was
heavy. ???? So hense the hat stiffened turtledeck and
forward deck. No Foam, only cloth and resin. It gets
it's (I)stiffness from the section (hat section).
However, I reserve the right to change my mind and add
foam later.
