Let me rephase it.  The RV guys, who have a heavy wing, squeeze the trailing 
edge of the heavy wing aileron to eliminate the wing drop.  It doesn't take 
much of a change to make a difference.

Does this one explain it any better.  Doing the entire wing??  Remember, it 
doesn't take much of a reduction to raise the heavy wing.
