Harold & anyone else, get a hotmail address. They have great spam controls and it is very easily customized to allow any list you are on to still get through. I might get one spam email a week that makes it through hotmail's filters. Another added benefit is built in virus check on all attachments. I use hotmail for all my mail lists.
