To the intake air , in my opinion , Serge. would be the most effective way to eliminate it where it forms... in the throat of the venturi .
I also use preheated air from inside the cowling and then raise the temperature further with an exhaust muff around one exhaust pipe. Maybe your carb ( what type ?) is not as prone to icing as others and doesn't require any additional heat but some do. This is good insurance in any case.
