Chris:  The regulations in Canada (DOT) have been changed to allow that a
project that has been inspected in the US can be brought here and finished.
Likewise the ridiculous rule that prohibited bringing a finished project
here has been removed.  If it is a plane in the US or and inspected project
then it is one in Canada as well.  That's what I read anyway and it works
for us in the east.
