It weighed under 4# without any hard ware. My Rand cowl weighed closer to
15#. I used 2 layers of carbon and 1 layer of the regular KR glass on the
inside. There was also a 2 or 3 inch carbon strip run along the edges and
a big X through the middle of the top and bottom halves. I didn't mold in
the joggle because I'm using apiano hing on both sides. Hope this helps.
