Here's a tip that will keep the table in-place while you're accomplishing the 
framing work.
Inevitably you're bound to bump into the table,which will cause it to move, 
which could cause a disaster if you're in the middle of laying out the fuse or 
spars.
After you have set the table square and level, mix up some regular Bondo and 
put a "Dollup" of Bondo on all of the feet where they meet the floor.  Mix-up 
enough to completely cover each foot, and adjuster (about the size of your 
fist).
The table will not move if you bump into it.  When you are ready to remove the 
table after your boat and spars are complete, simply give each foot a sharp rap 
with a hammer to break it loose from the concrete floor.
