You didn't say how big the hole was going to be or what part of the structure it is located in. All relevent for meaningful answer. The front vertical stab spar has a hole drilled through the middle for the elevator cable and nothing glued in the hole. I'd need more info to even give you an uneducated answer. Larry Flesner
