The "wildlife" WAS mostly on the other side of town at the truckstop.
I would hear the hookers ("lot lizards" in trucker lingo) on the C.B
radio working the lot when I drove a semi part time. That was more
than a year and a half back so the only wildlife now may be the
coyotes at the airport.
