I wish I could say that too! god! Don't even get me started on them again! I'll bet you that you will have major problems over the items not in the box that were on the invoice. They will swear up and down that it was in there and that you lost it. The only way I was able to prove to the Jim Irwin (pres of AS&S) was the shipping weights on the box. The weight was on the invoice match the box as I got it, with out all of the crap they forgot to send. Hum! No kidding! I can't believe that they are still around. It must be because most people give up and never resolve there issues and never get there money back. Thats a 100 % mark up for AS&S if they sale something and never delver it. It also doesn't deplete your inventory. They remind me of an insurance company! SNAKES! I have had several conversations with Jim Irwin via email, on the phone with the assents and his costumer service manager. It is very clear to me that they spend no time what so ever on the floor or there company and probably only know what's going on though meetings in some plush office with leather chairs and conference calls. They have no clue of how inefficient their company is operating and what kind of profits they are wasting not to mention the people like me who will never return as a customer because I get ripped of on a regular basis by them.
