One comment I do have with Aircraft Spruce is that I highly recommend using their online ordering system. It really is good, especially when you are ordering a bunch of parts like nuts and bolts. It is quick and easy, the descriptions come up so you can verify that you entered the correct part number, you can see if the parts are in stock, and if they are in stock in the same warehouse so you can make quick deletions and sustitutions if necessary, and you can look over the complete order to make sure it is correct. You can also log back on ad check the order on their status screen and get tracking numbes when parts ship. All yor orders also stay on their web site so you can review old orders later if you need to.
I have probably done over 50 online orders with them and never had a problem. The only problems I have had with Spruce is a phone order when I received 20 Curtis quick drain valves instead of two of them which they took right off my credit card and sent me a UPS call tag to return the extras and I had one fitting that was missing the nut and they sent me a whole new fitting the next day with no questions asked.
