Dan I asked that myself alittle while ago when I was putting together my inspection package because the sample cover letter mentioned in the FAA Advisory Circular stated that I would provide one with my application for airworthiness. It says that you will either provide a 3 view drawing or pictures, so I took 3 view pictures and printed them on one 8 1/2 X 11 sheet of printer paper and included it with my application packet as described on the letter.
