Something odd going on again. I sent it to Jeff Scott without any problem. I'll try deleting the .xls. Last time this issue arose, the respondent's server had my server on its list of SPAM sources and wouldn't allow anything from it to download. My server's administrators were told to contact the respondent's server directly at a special address to sort things out but when they tried they were still bounced and so gave up trying. This is all archived.
