How can this be? It is aerodynamically impossible. At 173 mph and at max RPM 
a decrease in rpm will cause the aircraft to descend to maintain 173 mph. 
Thrust line has nothing to do with it, Its aerodynamics that cause pitch 
changes 
with different rpm setting. That's why when you were learning to fly you 
instructor told you to control airspeed with pitch and altitude with rpm.
