I got the wrap from (don't tell anyone) Radio Shack. It comes in a package of 10' and I have used about 1/2 of it. It is very easy to use and bundles the wires up as you go. I also am using the wires that came with certain instruments. If there was a wire there, I used it. All the rest is that teflon coated MS wire. I have tested most of the circuits with my OHM meter and they all have connections where they should and don't where they shouldn t.
