Dean, The pink urethane foam is the same as what I used on my stub wings http://mywebpage.netscape.com/n886mj/stub.html and I have had absolutely no problems with it. Make sure what you are getting is 2# density. If I had of had more of the pink, I would have used it everywhere, Compared to what you get from Wick's, I can not tell any difference except for the color. I also think having solid pieces for the leading and trailing edges makes life a lot easier. My trailing edges are solid and I wish the leading edges were. It sounds like you have a good thing going.
