Well, I flew almost 3 hours to see what the "gathering" was all about and the
first time I ever saw a KR in flight was from about 3500ft on descent to TPA
into MVN on saturday. I see a formation of small planes on my 9 moving quickly
across the sky below me. HOLY SMOKES THE ARE FAST! ! ! ! ! !
I was only there for about 4 hours but, I found out a few things, I gotta
have a Todd's canopy and sell my dragonfly, and I KNOW I wont even taxi without
I get some flight instruction. For anyone who missed the gathering and hasnt
seen a KR inflight, in person, THEY ARE AWESOME ! ! ! ! ! ! I havent had goose
bumps like that since the airshow a few years ago. If you are building a KR YOU
HAVE TO SEE ONE FLY! ! ! I can tell you but until you see it you wont
understand.
