Steve Bennett (of Great Plains Aircraft fame) has an Ellison carb mounted on
top of the VW in his "KR1.5".  He said he immediately picked up 200 or 300
rpm just by moving it up top.  There are pictures of it near the top of

I'm glad you guys are throwing your pictures out there.  That takes a load
off of me.  I haven't touched my airplane or my Gathering pictures since I
got home, and am about to take off for two weeks on vacation, and I'm not
expecting an internet connection while I'm gone (Europe), so it'll be a
while before I get around to publishing mine...
