Here is what I know about the head situation.   WIth a 64 engine  you have to 
use the 64 cylinders and heads together.  They are smaller in  circumfrence 
than the 65- heads.  There is very little change in  displacement.  You can 
bore the 64 cylinder out .020 I believe.  Now,  you can use the 64 case, crank, 
with 65 cylinders and 65 heads.  From what  I got from William I believe that
