Just go by a local garage where they change tires and they will give you all
the lead you want. When they balance tires, they remove all the lead balance
weights and toss it away. I got about 30 pounds at one stop. Just melt it
down and remove the steel clips and you have a nice block of lead. The good
part is it is free.
