My HStab weighed in at 10 lbs with a NACA 0009 airfoil, and no balance weights yet. It's foam/spruce and glass construction (no carbon).
It's for a KR-1 (sorta), but is significantly larger (0.75 sq. ft. on the planform) than the stock -1. I don't know how that compares to the KR-2/2S stab size, but it's probably close.
