Good question Dan. I wasn't clear and forgot about the finishing stage. I used VE for the main structures and wetting out fiberglass cloth. When I filled, I did go to West Epoxy and their fillers (I believe it was 410 ultralite). I would double glove when filling. I cleaned the VE with Acetone before putting down the West and filler. I found West to be easy to sand.
