RE: I've been saying all along that Jim Irwin has a sign on to Kr-net. I think that it is smart business to know your customers, but I think Jim made a mistake in making the public statement that he made. That should have been handled among those concerned.
I have communicated with him in the past and he is a most reasonable person who has a sincere desire to satisfy his customers. The problem is, his employees must not share in his vision because they don't treat his customers like he does. Also, NO membership required.
