I did not receive your request, but I can tell you they are slides that you use on filing cabinets, and can be purchased at most hardware stores.I don't have any close up photos but will trey to take some when I can. Greetings KRer's Does anyone have several pictures that they are willing to share of the sliding canopy on the Starrs KR1 and pictures of Dr Dean's KR construction especially his boat or know where I can find them ? All of the Dr Dean links that I found are broken and I can find mostly nothing about Starrs construction. I have found only 2 pictures each of these aircraft and not much to look at either. I have emailed both gentlemen, but haven't heard from them, presumably they are just as busy as everyone else. . . . Would someone define for me "plug" as in "made a plug and then a mold...." I don't seem to have the process clear in my head as in when making a cowling or wheel pants.
