I'm actually talking about the stab.  It should be 30 up and 20 down.  Will 
that be enough because I can't really change it unless I re do all the 
flight control rods and actuators.  I would think that it should be enough 
being a tail dragger and all but I would just like to hear somebody else say 
that too so I feel more comfortable.
