Folks,

Has anybody had first hand experience flying their KR2 with and without balance 
horns on their elevators?  Dana  Overall's KR2S tail is an example of an 
elevator with the horns. See: http://home.hiwaay.net/~langford/moletail.jpg

The claim is that the horns enhance the KR's basic longitudinal stability.

Please note that this is not intended to be a discussion of the merits of mass 
balancing this or any other flying surface of the KR (I fall into the camp that 
favors the practice, though).
