KR> Rod end bearing torques

I know there was some talk of the subject but I can't find any thing under the 
heading listed in the subject.
QUESTION; Is there a proper torque for the Rod end bearing set up as used in 
the "Dr. Dean's" method? Eye bolt and Rod end. What about the bolt/nut torque 
used as the axel?
