Can anyone that has use a ground adjustable prop give me some feedback as to how well they work. Is it a simple matter of taking ten minutes to adjust to a higher pitch when you are light and going on a long cross country then adjsting it back for normal flying or is it one of those things that takes a while to do and you adjust it for the best compromise and keep it there? Can you generally get enough increase in cruise speed to make it even worth it on a four hour cross country or will the added time to get to high cruise altitude make the whole thing a wash?
