why don't you lay your 48 inch and 36 inch templates onto a sheet of plywood, extend your chord lines past leading edge and trailing edge when you trace templates onto plywood then cut out airfoils keeping in mind that you will be using plywood templates as slipovers, 36 inch template at tip, 48 inch template at root, establish airplane level then use plumb bob at chord lines and a protractor this will tell you your incidence.
