Did you sand or file all rib and bulkhead edges lightly? Have the plywood edges of the cantilever spar been chamfered?
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I noted this statement in his article on ply skinning. I can only assume that this is some form of stress relief or riser avoidance - can anyone cast more light. Regards Steve J
