Here's a really clever idea (I thought!) from the Yahoo piper-cub-builders 
bulletin board, for adding lumbar support to your seat cushion.  I don't need 
it yet myself, but I probably will some day!

 .... Take the back cushion to your local upholstery shop. Have them sew a 
pouch five inches wide 4 inches from the bottom. Then insert a blood pressure 
cuff  ( I got mine at Goodwill for $3 )  into the pouch. Shorten the hose to 5 
or 6 inches. Instant lumbar support.  Just pump the little bulb up and you can 
sit back there all day. Just a note.
